Boise, ID - Red Cross Week at the Boise Hawks Stadium is July 18th thru July 22. During that week, Boise Hawks baseball fans are invited to support their local Red Cross by donating blood or 'comfort kit' items to help people in need.
Presenting blood donors at the Boise Donor Center at 5380 Franklin Road between July 18-22 will receive a buy-one, get-one-free ticket voucher for any reserved seating section for the July 30 hawks game*. Blood supplies are traditionally lower during summer months and your donation can help ensure a safe and stable blood supply for patients in need.
'Comfort kit' items, (travel-size shampoo, toothpaste, soap, hygiene items, coloring books, etc) for children and adults can also be brought to any of the games during Red Cross Week to be collected by the Red Cross. These comfort kits will be used to help families dealing with disasters.
