A message from Julia Wulf, Chief Executive Officer, American Red Cross Blood Services, Lewis and Clark Region

Recently, the Montana Chapter of the American Red Cross announced the Kalispell and Helena offices will lay off their paid staff and be manned by volunteers only.

We want to reassure Kalispell and Helena residents that those changes do not affect the Red Cross Blood Services day-to-day operations.

Blood Services administrative offices and donor centers remain open their customary hours and blood drives will continue as they have in the past.

The blood donor center in Helena is located at 3150 N. Montana Avenue and is routinely open Tuesdays from 1-6 PM and Fridays from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM.

The Kalispell blood donor center is at 126 N. Meridian Road and is routinely open Mondays from 2-6 pm and Fridays from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Blood Services administrative offices at those locations are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
